Love me some St. Patrick's Day

With St. Patrick's Day next week, I'm getting in the spirit celebrating all things rainbow, lucky and green! As much as I would love to drink some green beer this year, I'll be celebrating the luck of the Irish with my two little leprechauns. They are on Spring Break next week, so I'm hoping to whip up some of these treats and take them on a little lucky scavenger hunt. I'll just be dreaming of that Guinness chocolate float! Now to just find something green to cover my growing bump. Don't want to get pinched!
