Oh goodness, do I have a sweet tooth! And lately, it's become a problem. So in an effort to attempt to eat healthier {but still curb those sugary cravings}, I found this yummy treat. It's definitely not as healthy as say an apple, but it's way better than indulging in a pint of Bluebell. Enjoy!
Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Greek Yogurt
Ingredients:
6oz Nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1 Tablespoon peanut butter
1 Tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
Handful of chocolate chips
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
Place in the freezer for about an hour {I like mine really frozen so it tastes more like ice cream}.
