Five on Friday

Happy Friday, friends!
Linking up again today with some fabulous gals to celebrate all my favorites this week.

Can you believe the Fourth is next week??
Is it just me or is summer flying by?
I love these champagne rocket bomb cocktails from Little Baby Garvin.
Planning on serving these up next week and hoping they work with a nonalcoholic sparkling beverage!

And in the spirit of celebrating the Fourth, I am loving this felt wreath Colleen made!
So thankful for her tutorial.
Hoping to whip this up this weekend.
We all remember my love of felt, yes?

Have you heard of these lifesavers??
They have been so helpful with all our travels lately.
I use them in the diaper bag but our bags as well.
Organizing everything from dipes and wipes to cell phone chargers and jewelry.

I am seriously addicted to these.
I have been craving lemonade and juice and was so happy to find the True Lemon and True Lime products.
Low calorie and naturally sweetened.
Mixing this black cherry limeade with my La Croix is my new favorite mocktail!

This devotional has always provided me such wisdom and insight, but this week it especially spoke to me and gave such comfort.
It has been a long week with a sick little man and my patience was truly tested.
So thankful for God's word and truth!

So what are you up to this weekend?
I'm looking forward to a date with my main man, family time and a sweet shower celebrating one precious mom-to-be.
Cheers to the weekend!

  1. Is that rocket bomb cocktail not the greatest idea ever??? If I can get my act together, we might try those too! :)

And Colleen's wreath is adorable!! I've missed the boat this year on being super festive for the 4th, so I love to see what everyone else has come up with!

Isn't Jesus Calling wonderful? I've felt the same on a particularly rough day --- that it was exactly what God wanted me to hear. I just had to sit down and listen! I hope your sweet boy is feeling better and things are getting back to normal! Sending hugs your way, dear! :)

Hope you have a fabulous weekend.... sure sounds like y'all have some fun things planned!

  2. You are so sweet to include me in you 5 things! Thanks so much lady! If you have any questions when you're doing your wreath (but it's easy, so I think you'll be fine!) just shoot me an email! colleenpsullivan@gmail.com

I love the champagne cocktail Jessica Garvin made! So fun for the 4th! I think they'll be pretty and tasty with or without the alcohol!

I've been meaning to pick up Jesus Calling at the bookstore ever since I gifted a copy to a friend of mine. I'm sure it is so helpful at a trying moment or day...or week!

I had not heard on sugar snap, but I'm definitely going to check them out. My diaper bag / pool bag / purses are all a mess right now and I am always willing to try something new.

    Have a great weekend friend!

  5. Found you via the 5 on Friday linkup. Nice to "meet you".

That cocktail is the best idea EVER. I also love the Jesus Calling book -- although I use the app (with a reminder...genius).

    Have a great weekend!
