Five for Friday

Happy Friday friends!
Here's what five things I'm loving this week...

Oh I forgot how amazing this stuff is!
A sweet friend got me hooked on this when I was pregnant with G, and I'm happy to report, no stretch marks!
Now that the belly is in full force these days I'm using it again.  Fingers crossed for the same results.
It's so smooth and smells so good.  All you moms-to-be out there need to get this immediately!

2. Berry Good Smoothie
So now that I'm not working, mornings are way calmer {hallelujah!}.  Each day this week I've so enjoyed making breakfast for my boys.  I have to tell you though this smoothie is our new favorite.  Thanks to dear friend Lauren, I'm hooked!
1 cup frozen berries
1 cup spinach
1 cup kale
1 cup vanilla almond milk
Blend and enjoy!

So I'm in desperate need of more maternity clothes.  Can't exactly wear yoga pants and tees to a hot dinner date.
Was so excited to discover this online maternity boutique via one of my new favorite blogs.
Ordered some fun stuff that should arrive tomorrow.  Will keep you posted!

4. Teacher Appreciation Gifts
It has been Teacher Appreciation Week at G's school, and I have so loved showing these fine folks some love.  His teachers are amazing.  Seriously!  I volunteered on Tuesday so they could all enjoy lunch together.  After just an hour, I was pooped!  I don't know how they do it.
These "SODA-lighted" tags I found on Pinterest were my favorite treats this week.

And in honor of Mother's Day, I just have to share this again.  Have you seen this commercial?
I posted this shortly after G was born and had not seen again until the other day.
I tear up every time.
So sweet!

Here's hoping everyone has a lovely weekend.
And to all the moms out there, thank you for being the incredible women you are!

  1. Cute teacher appreciation gifts! So nice of you to volunteer so they could have lunch together! I was a teacher pre-Owen and the teachers at my school looked forward to the teacher appreciation lunch all year long. It was the only time we got a real break together during the day where no one was running off to copy papers, prep a project, meet with a parent, etc. I'm sure it was very very much appreciated!

    Have a happy Mother's Day !
