Beer Cheese Dip

I am such a chip and dip kind of gal and definitely got my fill Sunday with the Super Bowl. Our party went nuts for the Buffalo Chicken Dip! I brought my mom's Beer Cheese Dip, and we definitely put a dent in it too. Not only is it super tasty, but it is the easiest recipe ever. And you can make it the night before {always a plus in my book!}. In case you didn't overindulge and are looking for a yummy snack to whip up this weekend, definitely check this one out.

Beer Cheese Dip
Ingredients:

2 8oz block cream cheese, softened
1 packet Ranch dressing mix
2 cups finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/3 cup beer
Diced jalapeños {optional}

Directions:

Combine cream cheese and Ranch dressing mix. Stir in the shredded cheese, and then add beer. Combine until all one consistency. Feel free to add jalapeños for an extra kick! Cover bowl and refrigerate for up to three hours before serving. Serve with your favorite kind of crackers.
